Processing Time
All original artwork orders are processed within 1–3business days. We take great care to package your artwork securely to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Shipping Methods & Flat Rates
We offer shipping through trusted carriers like UPS, FedEx, and Canada Post.

- Domestic (Canada): Flat rate of $50 CAD, with delivery in 3–7 business days.

- International: Flat rate of $150 CAD, with delivery times varying by destination (7–21 business days).

- Local Delivery (London, Ontario, and surrounding areas): Flat rate of $25 CAD for delivery within 1–3 business days.

- Local Pickup: Free local pickup from London, Ontario at Harley’s studio. We will contact you to arrange a convenient time and date for collection.

- Crates or Boxes: Larger pieces, particularly framed, Canvasses, Masonite boards or delicate artworks, are shipped in custom crates or reinforced boxes with layers of bubble wrap, foam boards, and other protective materials.

- Flat or Tube Shipping: Smaller pieces, prints, sketches or unstretched canvases, are often shipped flat or in durable tubes with protective materials.

Rest assured that your artwork will be carefully packaged to ensure its safety during delivery.

For international orders, customs duties or taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the flat shipping rate.

Eligibility
Returns are accepted only for damaged items or incorrect orders. All requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the artwork.

• Can I request expedited shipping?
  Yes, Expedited Shipping is available for original artworks. Please check the shipping option before placing your order we offer Expedited Shipping at the checkout.
• Are the artworks insured during shipping?
  Yes, all original artworks are fully insured at no extra cost. This ensures your piece is protected during transit. The insurance is provided as a courtesy by the artist, Harley Salamanca, for your peace of mind.
• Do the artworks come with a certificate of authenticity?
  Yes, every original artwork includes a signed certificate of authenticity. This document verifies that the piece is a genuine creation by Harley Salamanca and provides essential details about the work.
• How are artworks on canvas shipped differently from those made on Masonite boards?
  Both types of artworks are carefully packaged with bubble wrap for protection.
  • Canvas Artworks: Shipped in sturdy boxes or custom crates, depending on the size, to ensure maximum safety.
  • Masonite Boards: Shipped flat or in crates with reinforced edges and foam padding to prevent bending or warping.
• What happens if my artwork is damaged during shipping?
  In the rare event that your artwork is damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. Provide photos of the damage and a description of the issue. We will work closely with the carrier to resolve the matter and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.
• Do you offer framing options for original artworks?
  Framing is not included by default but can be arranged upon request for an additional fee. If you're interested, please let us know before placing your order, and we’ll provide framing options and pricing.
